I would feel like if Tao was betraying everyone their. Also I will feel angry and furious because he is not following my orders. Another thing is that he is going beyond the rules of not having any relationships with the taboo's. ( example the wolf dog) Lastly, if he goes away I would feel think that he doesn't need the shelter so I would take it away.

Chapter 7
Write your reaction to the last paragraph in the chapter. Do you agree or disagree with Graybeard? Is what he says true for those times, but not now? Or is the reverse true: is it true now, but wasn't true then?

I disagree with Graybeard because Tao should be able to draw because that is what he is good at. Also I disagree
because maybe if Tao would break the taboo then he might be able to change Volt's perspective toward the art.
Lastly, maybe Tao could make these change with the wolf dog and the Slough.

Chapter 8

An important theme in this novel is that people should follow their dreams and do what they believe is right, even if they don't follow their society's expected ways.
The author examines this theme in a stone age setting. Imagine a similar situation today, where a person's desires go against society's expectations
What situation did you imagine?
I am imagine that a girl wants to work as a construction worker, but they don't let her.

In the situation you imagined, should the person follow his or her dreams or should they follow society's rules? Give your opinion.
I think that the girl(s) should follow their dream. My opinion on this is that girls could do this because they go to school the
same amount of time as the guys do, and they learn the same thing and the same way the guys learn it. Lastly, they have the
same abilities and possibilities of being successful in the career that they want.

Chapter 17
Wow! What a chapter! What was your reaction? Tense? Surprised? You predicted it? Write a paragraph describing your reaction.
(No I did not predict that.)
When they told Tao that Graybeard was dead it was sad because not only he would not be able to prove that he was right but he now did not have a teacher or a friend. It was intense when Tao had to face Saxon, the sacred bull because everyone who had fight against Saxon was killed. But I was amazed that he defeated Saxon. Also Tao had won the battle because Volt helped him. I was so surprised by that and by knowing that he was his father. Also I was glad when Ram had save Volt's life because now he know's that wolfdogs are good and not harmful animals.
